ABOUT
The Responsible Designer was founded by Ryan Donoghue, a designer with over 13 years’ experience shaping spaces across retail, hospitality, commercial, residential and experiential design.
Ryan has taken projects from concept to completion at every scale: from bespoke furniture and cabinetry, to one-off restaurant and retail concepts and multi-site rollouts across the UK and Europe. That range from working with independent single-site clients and larger operators scaling multi site concepts, shapes how the studio approaches every brief.
Ryan founded The Responsible Designer to bring this experience together under one principle: a research-based approach to sustainability, built into every project from concept through to completion, not added at the end.
